How long have you been a resident at The Reserve at William's Glen in Zionsville?
I have lived here for almost two years now. I moved here from Chicago, but I was born and raised in Richmond, Indiana.
What apartment style do you have?
I have a two bedroom, two bathroom "Mainstreeter" with an attached garage. The attached garage is great, especially during this time of the year. I love getting in and out of my car conveniently when I come and go, and I don't have to worry about scraping ice off my windshield, which is a huge time saver!
What sets The Reserve apart from their competitors?
I think The Reserve at William's Glen rises above other apartment communities because the renovations that have been made are great, my apartment looks so modern, and I didn't have to worry about buying my own appliances! I have everything I need, even a full size washer and dryer right in my apartment! The best thing for me, though, is the location of the property. The Reserve is located right off Michigan Road, but we're tucked back just enough so I don't hear any noise from the highway. It really is a beautiful community to live at.
What do you like to do in the area for fun?
I enjoy going to The Village of Zionsville. It's where all the shops and restaurants are located. One of my favorite places to eat is Rosey's Place on Main Street. I also like to catch a movie at Trader's Point.
What's something that the staff has done to make The Reserve a great place to call home?
The maintenance team here is great!!! Last summer, my AC went out and, of course, it was one of those steamy, humid days. I contacted the office staff who immediately sent maintenance over to take a look. Apparently, the problem was pretty major because they were back and forth all day trying to solve the issue. Finally, they ended up replacing the whole unit. The guys really worked hard, and I was grateful to have the AC working again that evening!
